Find an order in Merchant Center

You can quickly find an order in Merchant Center. Below describes two quick ways to find the right order.

Search up the order in the main search

In the main search in Merchant Center, write either in the name of the customer or the order id to quickly find current orders. Click in only Orders for the most effective searching.

Filter an order in the order list

  • Go to Warehouse(WMS) > Order in the left menu
  • In the list you can filter the different columns by right clicking on the column heading. For example Right Click on the heading Id and write in the Id number which the product you are searching for has. The list will then filter the matching product.

  • Which columns that are visible in the list can be controlled incolumn optionsup to the right in the list. There you can close and open the different columns you want to work with.

To clear all filtering, right click on a heading in the list and click on** clear all filters.**
