Is a permanently locked order removed from the orders list and revenue?

A permanently locked order will still be available in **Merchant Center**, but it will remain locked.It will appear in statistics under ** Demand**, but ** not**under ** Revenue**.

If you do not want the sales amount to be included in Demand, you can set the prices on the order to 0.

I started to deliver an order and now I can't find it?

See a list with all your handled and unhandled deliveries with a delivery status column which indicates which state the order is in.

Is it possible to add a return fee?

Yes, it is possible to configure a return fee.
