Is a permanently locked order removed from the orders list and revenue?

A permanently locked order will still be available in Merchant Center, but it will remain locked. It will appear in statistics under Demand, but not under Revenue.

If you do not want the sales amount to be included in Demand, you can set the prices on the order to 0.

I started to deliver an order and now I can't find it?

See a list with all your handled and unhandled deliveries with a delivery status column which indicates which state the order is in.

Is it possible to add a return fee?

Yes, it is possible to configure a return fee.
