Missing stock
When a product has been sold that is classified as an oversellable item, which refers to products not currently available in stock but still available for purchase, they are flagged as Pending - Unstocked.
Tracking the missing products for your orders can sometimes be challenging. However, there is an optional addon module called Incoming Stock (PO) that can be purchased to provide you with a helpful feature called Missing Stock. This feature allows you to easily keep track of which items are missing and how many are needed. It will assist you in making informed purchasing decisions to ensure timely delivery of orders to your customers.

Pick list 101
Once an order has been placed and you need to take action on packing and sending your order you'll probably want to know where to find the picking list so your warehouse team knows which items should be collected for order. You'll find the picking list either by going to **Fulfill orders** or **Orders** section in the Warehouse (WMS) section in Merchant Center.
