Handle locked orders

You'll find a list of orders which has been flagged as locked and you can handle and investigate them one by one. You'll also see a comment column with a short summary on what might have gone wrong.

Once you have chosen which order to investigate you will see that the** Locked checkbox is checked. You can either uncheck the box and press save to handle the order as normal or check the Permanently locked** checkbox to cancel the order.

In the bottom of the screen you'll find an Information box with a log of why the order has been locked.

How to Adjust an Order After Fulfillment Has Started
If you need to adjust an order after fulfillment has already started, you can follow the steps below:
Remove individual orders from a delivery
Sometimes you may need to take away a specific order from a delivery. Reasons to take away an order out of a delivery could be for an example that the customer regrets their choice. After the report function is used you can go into the order and tick in "Lock permanently" and save. The order will then be cancelled
