PODAB Launches New B2B Portal – Built on Geins and Implemented by FMCA on Amplify
PODAB, a leading provider of professional laundry equipment, is taking a major step in its digital development by launching a new e-commerce solution on Geins, implemented by FMCA on the Amplify storefront.
With dedicated websites for .com, .us, and .se, and customized assortments per market, PODAB strengthens its digital presence and makes it easier for both customers and partners to access its products and services.
The new platform is designed to meet the unique needs of B2B customers, providing specialized support for purchasers and tailored content for different user groups, such as service technicians. This marks the first step in a broader digitalization initiative, where PODAB aims to create a more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly experience.
From a technical perspective, the platform is powered by Geins’ backend, integrating powerful PIM, WMS, OMS, and search capabilities, ensuring seamless management of product information, inventory, and order flows. For content management, Storyblok CMS is used, allowing flexible and dynamic content customization for different user types and markets.
"We are so pleased with our new website, where the focus has been on improving the customer experience and providing a clearer product overview. Thanks to Geins, we can also easily continue developing the site with more smart e-commerce solutions in the future." — Josephine Lilja, Marketing Manager at PODAB
The implementation was carried out by FMCA, a digital commerce agency specializing in e-commerce solutions. By leveraging their Amplify storefront, PODAB ensures a fast, flexible, and optimized frontend solution, delivering a top-tier user experience and maximum performance.
With this initiative, PODAB continues to drive innovation in the professional laundry industry, further solidifying its position as a forward-thinking and industry-leading company.
