How do I manually remove a balance from a customer?
You can do this directly in Merchant Center:
Search for and open the customer.
Go to the Balance tab.
Add a balance adjustment with a negative amount(for example,-100 SEK).
Select a suitable type, such as ** Manual correction**.
Save the change.
This will manually reduce the customer’s balance by the specified amount.
