Generate new password to customers
When one of your customers has forgotten their password you can easily generate a new one through Merchant Center.
- Start by going to Customers (CRM) > Customers.
- Find the customer who wants a new password generated in the list. Then press "Send new password".
- A pop-up window will appear and gives you the option to send a new password to your customer's registered email address. Press "** Send"**and an auto-generated password will be sent to the customer.
