Find a customer in Merchant Center
To quickly find a customer you're looking for can be done in different ways. Below describes two fast ways to find the correct customer.
Search for customer in main-search
- In the main-search in Merchant Center, write in either the name of the customer or the customers id or e-mail address to quickly find current orders.

Click on only Customers for the most effective searching.
Filter through a customer in the customer list.
- Go to Customers(CRM) > Customers in the left menu
- In the list you can filter the different columns by right clicking on the columns heading. For example, Right-clickon heading e-mail and write the email that shall match with the customer you are searching for. The list will then filter through the customer that matches.
- Which columns that are visible in the list you control yourself viacolum optionsup to the right in the list. There's the option to turn on and off the different columns you want to work with.

- To reset all filtering, right-click on any heading in the list and click on** clear all filters.**
What does it mean to set a customer as blacklisted?
When a customer is set as **blacklisted**, purchases using that account or email address cannot be completed. The email address will also remain reserved by the blacklisted account, meaning it cannot be used to create a new account.
Generate new password to customers
When one of your customers has forgotten their password you can easily generate a new one through Merchant Center.
