Related products
A related product is when you want to establish a connection to another product. It's important that all products have the essential fields enriched with data before a connection can be created.
- To create a product connection start by clicking on the Related products tab on the product you want to enhance with one or more product connections.
- Find the product or products you want to create a connection with by searching in the Add Products box and click on the green plus sign to add
- Choose the relation type you want the products to have. (Which types of relationships that exist may vary depending on how your system is set up.) Once you have made your product selections click on Save.
Example of usage
Related products can for example be displayed in your store on the product card in of the product you have enriched with one or more connections.
Product monitoring
Product monitoring is a function which makes it possible for end customers to get informed via email when a product is no longer in stock and when it will be restocked. The function requires that the store is configured so that products that have 0 in inventory balance are shown in the store.
