Find assets
Search and filter the asset library to find the assets you need.
Key features
- Search assets by name
- Filter by type, channel, and modified date
- Pin up to three filters to the toolbar
- Switch between grid view and list view
Quick guide
- Go to Asset library.
- Select a folder in the Folders list, or select All assets.
- Enter a search term in Search.
- Click Type to filter by asset type.
Search
Enter a search term in Search to find assets by name.
Filter by type
Click Type and select one or more asset types:

|---|---|
| Image | Image files, such as JPG and PNG. |
| SVG | Vector images. |
| Document | Text and office documents. |
| PDF files. | |
| Video | Video files. |
| Audio | Audio files. |
| File | Other files. |
Use more filters
- Click All filters.
- Select a filter in Filter by.
- Select the values in Filter values.
- Click Apply filters.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | The asset type. |
| Channel | The channels the asset is used in. |
| Modified | The date the asset was last changed. |
Pin filters to the toolbar
Click Pin to toolbar on a filter to show it next to the search field. You can pin up to three filters. Click Unpin to remove a filter from the toolbar.
Change the view
Click Grid view to show assets as thumbnails, or List view to show assets in a list.
Use Assets per page at the bottom of the page to choose how many assets to show per page.
