Geins Studio
Asset library
The asset library is the central place for storing, organizing, and managing images, videos, documents, and other files in Geins Studio.
The Asset library in Geins Studio gives you one place to store and manage all your files — images, video, PDFs, documents, and archives. You can organize assets in folders, add descriptions and alt texts in several languages, tag them, and link them to products.
Key areas in the asset library
- Upload assets - Add files with quick upload or a step-by-step upload wizard. See Upload assets.
- Asset details - Edit names, descriptions, alt texts, tags, and channels, and see where an asset is used. See Manage asset details.
- Folders - Group assets in folders and subfolders. See Organize assets in folders.
- Search and filters - Find assets by name, type, channel, or modified date. See Find assets.
- Bulk actions - Tag, move, link, download, or trash many assets at once. See Bulk actions.
- Trash - Restore deleted assets within 30 days. See Trash.
