Managing product prices for multiple currencies
Current prices
Under Current Prices, you’ll find a list of the product’s prices for each active currency and channel.
- The ** Price**column shows the price for each currency, based on the default currency price (first row), calculated using the currency's exchange rate.
- When the default currency price changes, other currency prices will update automatically upon saving—unless they are locked.
If a currency is available in multiple markets, you can hover over the information icon in the Vat info column to view the different VAT rates for each market.
Locked prices
If you manually adjust a price in any currency (other than the default), the price will be marked as ** Locked**.
- ** Locked prices**do not update if there are changes to the default currency price or the exchange rate.
- To unlock a price, uncheck the ** Locked**box. The price will then revert to the default currency calculation.
If any prices are set as locked, a yellow icon will appear on the prices tab, clarifying that there is locked prices set on that product.
Bulk updates with the Import Tool
